On December 4, 2025, Dr. Larissa Wu, Senior Director and Head of Ratings at CSPI Ratings, delivered a keynote speech at the specialized training session titled "Local State-Owned Enterprises Cross-Border Financing and High-Quality Development" in Qingdao, China. Co-hosted by the Belt and Road Financial Service Center and Chongwa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange, the event gathered representatives from local financial authorities and state-owned enterprises to discuss industrial transformation from an international credit ratings perspective.
